Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rasmus Eliasson kicked off to start the match. Ulf Mellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Olof Lagerberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rasmus Eliasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olof Lagerberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Säve getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Alvin Söderquist hit a great ball. Rasmus Eliasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Säve's Olof Lagerberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rasmus Eliasson in the 17th minute of play. Simon Hedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Nyqvist in the 19th minute of play. Rasmus Eliasson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Olof Lagerberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tierp IF. Simon Hedman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Nyqvist in the 26th minute of the match. Tierp IF's Ulf Mellberg got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Sven-Arne Sundberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Säve fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Simon Hedman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Arne Sundberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olof Lagerberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven Lidman in the 34th minute of play. In the 37thth minute of the game Kristian Nyqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tierp IF's Simon Hedman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvin Söderquist's late challenge caught a Tierp IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvin Söderquist helped the player get up and apologised. Alvin Söderquist hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After the first half Säve were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kristian Nyqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Simon Hedman was a little too slow when Kristian Nyqvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Ulf Mellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tierp IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulf Mellberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Lagerberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th minute, Pär Glad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Säve's zone, Rasmus Eliasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olof Lagerberg came out of the goal and Rasmus Eliasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Säve booed when Tierp IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reine Dahlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olof Lagerberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reine Dahlman, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The supporters of Tierp IF booed when Säve was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pär Glad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tierp IF's Rasmus Eliasson got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Simon Hedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Nyqvist in the 73rd minute of play. When Jens-Ola Nordstedt fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tierp IF's protests and gave Jens-Ola Nordstedt a yellow card for diving instead. Jens-Ola Nordstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristian Nyqvist in the 82nd minute of play forced Tierp IF's goalkeeper Simon Hedman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urban Olofsson made in the 84th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Säve's Leif Bergqvist. Tierp IF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Kristian Nyqvist scored to the left of an out of position Simon Hedman, making the score, 0-3. Sven-Arne Sundberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Kristian Nyqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tierp IF's Simon Hedman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
