Älgarås's Torgny Lövskog got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Torgny Lövskog's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reine Ekerot was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, Älgarås's Edvin Sander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
