In the 14th minute Ted Lustig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marko Ström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, one of Aspabruk:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Robin Söderström fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aspabruk's protests and gave Robin Söderström a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Aspabruk got a freekick which was hit by Robin Söderström. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiph Smed in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vilgot Forssberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aspabruk's Marko Ström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Aspabruk from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingvar Lundgren in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marko Ström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vilgot Forssberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filiph Smed went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The Domsjö IK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Aspabruk were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingvar Lundgren made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Domsjö IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingemar Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Filiph Smed shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilgot Forssberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilgot Forssberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiph Smed in the 97th minute of the match. Domsjö IK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
