Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Zebastian Söderqwist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Levander, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. If Isaac Jansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Munka-Ljungby getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Rune Fagrell hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Munka-Ljungby's Niklas Rosén got a free kick in the 16th minute. Gustav Rudqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Jansson in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Munka-Ljungby's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Vennerberg came free, but Zebastian Söderqwist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zebastian Söderqwist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Ekeberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the match, Munka-Ljungby's goal looked a bit too open when Sverker Vennerberg came free, but Zebastian Söderqwist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Algot Levander notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Munka-Ljungby's Zebastian Söderqwist. Zebastian Söderqwist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sverker Vennerberg in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zebastian Söderqwist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zebastian Söderqwist came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Buriram United's Algot Levander. But to his dismay, Algot Levander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 40th minute David Fredriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Rudqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tom Nyman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Gustav Rudqvist made a huge save. After 47 played minutes Munka-Ljungby got a freekick which was hit by Niklas Rosén. After a defensive mix-up in Munka-Ljungby's zone, Sverker Vennerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zebastian Söderqwist came out of the goal and Sverker Vennerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Buriram United were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tom Nyman to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Eric Löfskog hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Zebastian Söderqwist successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 61 minutes in the game, Sverker Vennerberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Zebastian Söderqwist having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Munka-Ljungby's goalkeeper Zebastian Söderqwist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustav Ekeberg. Zebastian Söderqwist came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Buriram United's Algot Levander. But to his dismay, Algot Levander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The tension between the Buriram United and the Munka-Ljungby players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Buriram United:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Munka-Ljungby:s goal. After 74 minutes of play, Buriram United's Gustav Ekeberg made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zebastian Söderqwist was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 77th minute, Tom Nyman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Munka-Ljungby fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. David Fredriksson took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustav Rudqvist. Gustav Rudqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Gustav Ekebergs short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Zebastian Söderqwist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Zebastian Söderqwist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Algot Levander in the 84th minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, Munka-Ljungby's Tom Nyman made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustav Rudqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Munka-Ljungby's Zebastian Söderqwist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Munka-Ljungby from getting a goal against them. After having played for 91 minutes, Algot Levander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buriram United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Algot Levander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zebastian Söderqwist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Vennerberg in the 92nd minute of play. Sverker Vennerberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zebastian Söderqwist came out and tried to block the shot, but Sverker Vennerberg slotted it home off the left post making it 3-5 in the 94th minute. David Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gustav Rudqvist having to interfere. Isaac Jansson charged in rather forcefully in the 100th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Jansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 100 played minutes Munka-Ljungby got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Jansson. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Buriram United walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
