A collision led to Råneå getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Isac Abrahamsson hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herman Tholsson during the 14th minute. If Stig-Arne Boström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot by Isac Abrahamsson from long distance, 26 minutes into the match, got Valdemar Nyqvist's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 27 minutes into the game, George Tinglöf was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arild's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Råneå the free kick. In the 29thth minute of the game Fritz Bäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Råneå's Phillipe Lafont was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. George Tinglöf hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the game, Andreas Björnsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Valdemar Nyqvist. Andreas Björnsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Arild's Valdemar Nyqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Arild from getting a goal against them. Phillipe Lafont took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Sigfridsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Arild were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fritz Bäck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. George Tinglöf's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Phillipe Lafont firmly grabbed it by the left post. Phillipe Lafont showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Bäck in the 54th minute of the match. Magne Sigfridsson kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Per Axelsson struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Valdemar Nyqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Råneå. Valdemar Nyqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Axelsson in the 59th minute of the match. After having played for 63 minutes, George Tinglöf managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arild's supporters crossed their fingers, but George Tinglöf was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fritz Bäck in the 67thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Phillipe Lafont, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Fritz Bäck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Phillipe Lafont came out and tried to block the shot, but Fritz Bäck slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 72nd minute. Arild's Fritz Bäck got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Råneå's goalkeeper Phillipe Lafont had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fritz Bäck. In the 80th minute of the match Albin Åkerman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Phillipe Lafont showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Phillipe Lafont made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fritz Bäck in the 83rd minute. Phillipe Lafont made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Magne Sigfridsson sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 88 minutes, Jan-Erik Åkerman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Råneå's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan-Erik Åkerman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Phillipe Lafont didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Arild's Fritz Bäck shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 96th minute, Fritz Bäck made a precise shot to the right of Phillipe Lafont. Råneå's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Arild's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
