After 25 played minutes EFC UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Arne Kuse. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Axel Pettersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. EFC UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Pettersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Uter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Svaneholm's Karl-Oskar Stenquist got a free kick in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marthin Trolleborg got free with Edgar Forsberg in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marthin Trolleborg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Edgar Forsberg made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Edgar Forsberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marthin Trolleborg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Kuse kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. When Marthin Trolleborg came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Svaneholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marthin Trolleborg couldn't finish the play. After 74 played minutes EFC UNITED got a freekick which was hit by Ted Wester. Filip Bergqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Edgar Forsberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Elias Sjöberg in the 84th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Svaneholm's Jimmie Petersson. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Svaneholm fans cheered their team off the field, for while EFC UNITED had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
