Anthon Stensson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stig Ek received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Freddie Spetz came out and tried to block the shot, but Stig Ek slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 35th minute. Andreas Hjälm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anthon Stensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the match, Hamrångefjärden's goal looked a bit too open when Fredrik Ahlfors came free, but Anthon Stensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Petter Rudqvist was the one to do the kick off. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 4-3 when Fredrik Ahlfors sped through Hamrångefjärden's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anthon Stensson. Freddie Spetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Petter Rudqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fredrik Ahlfors received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Anthon Stensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredrik Ahlfors got free with Anthon Stensson in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Rolf Björk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th minute, Söderköping IK's Andreas Hjälm dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-4.
