Spectators: 7290 (Terracing: 5470, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Tibban's Alfons Skytt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fredrik Håkansson came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oscar Benet could save by the left post. BK BlåGult's Fredrik Håkansson came free and shot a quick shot against goal 9 minutes in the game, fortunately Oscar Benet had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 12 minutes into the match, Tibban's goalkeeper Oscar Benet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fredrik Håkansson. 1-0 became the score in the 15th minute when Olof Thedin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With an all-out effort, BK BlåGult's Oscar Benet threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Olof Thedin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The crowd rose to their feet as Ulf Eklund kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Oscar Benet. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tibban's Joakim Hedbom got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Thedin in the 29th minute of play forced Tibban's goalkeeper Oscar Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oscar Benet didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 32nd minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. 35 minutes into the game, Fredrik Håkansson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Oscar Benet. Fredrik Håkansson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. When the match clock showed 39 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Fredrik Håkansson sped through Tibban's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Oscar Benet. Olof Thedin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Oscar Benet came out and tried to block the shot, but Olof Thedin slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 42nd minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fredrik Håkansson made a kick off. Oscar Benet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olof Thedin's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Oscar Benet came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by BK BlåGult's Ulf Eklund. But to his dismay, Ulf Eklund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 65th minute, Olof Thedin made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Benet. Tibban's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. In the 68thth minute of the game Olof Thedin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tibban's Oscar Benet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 70th minute, Ulf Eklund made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Benet. Tibban's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Oscar Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Håkansson in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Alfons Skytt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredrik Håkansson in the 77th minute of play forced Tibban's goalkeeper Oscar Benet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of BK BlåGult booed when Tibban was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Hedbom didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fredrik Håkansson took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Benet. Oscar Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. Oscar Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 88 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tibban! Tibban's Oscar Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olof Thedin in the 91st minute of play. After some careless play in the Tibban defense, Ulf Eklund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Benet. The Tibban fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Benet should have stopped the shot. Oscar Benet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredrik Håkansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. BK BlåGult walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
