The fide players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Sundborn were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Axel Falck was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to fide getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ingvar Browald hit a great ball. Fernando Martxot made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Carl Ström sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Sundborn's zone, Karl-Axel Falck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivar Jönsson came out of the goal and Karl-Axel Falck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 61 minutes into the match, fide's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Nordström came free, but Fernando Martxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Liljeström in the 65th minute of play forced FC Sundborn's goalkeeper Ivar Jönsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Sundborn's Bartosz Ramzinski got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 70th minute Lennart Liljeström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivar Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 played minutes FC Sundborn got a freekick which was hit by Frodo Flores. After 73 minutes, Andy Askelöf mouthed his way into the referee's book. FC Sundborn were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing fide to leave the ground with a draw.
