The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Knut Lundblad showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Östen Engström kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes, B·K Leonardos Örnar's Bogdan Surdilă shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Knut Lundblad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in B·K Leonardos Örnar reached it. Knut Lundblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Wenerdahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Knut Lundblad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Wenerdahl in the 20th minute of the match. Knut Lundblad came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by B·K Leonardos Örnar's Joakim Gunnarsson. But to his dismay, Joakim Gunnarsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Knut Lundblad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melker Wenerdahl's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Evert Olofsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pontus Alström in the 25th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Melker Wenerdahl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Knut Lundblad was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Evert Olofsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pontus Alström's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 37 played minutes FC Näckan got a freekick which was hit by Östen Engström. In the 43rd minute Melker Wenerdahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Knut Lundblad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Damm kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Näckan's zone, Melker Wenerdahl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knut Lundblad came out of the goal and Melker Wenerdahl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erik Damm's late challenge caught a B·K Leonardos Örnar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Damm helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Näckan's Erik Damm got a free kick in the 47th minute. Bogdan Surdilă took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 48th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Knut Lundblad. FC Näckan's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Adolf Lapp succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 52nd playminute. A hard shot 57 in the game by Melker Wenerdahl from a close distance when the talented Knut Lundblad managed to make a qualified save. FC Näckan's players were relieved. Adolf Lapp charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolf Lapp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Melker Wenerdahls short, quick shot in the 63rdth minute got Knut Lundblad to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 72nd minute, Kent Håkansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kent Håkansson scored 1-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evert Olofsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Näckan's Knut Lundblad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save FC Näckan from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute, Östen Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Johannes Bergqvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Näckan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave B·K Leonardos Örnar the free kick. B·K Leonardos Örnar's Niklas Lundgren was substituted for Joakim Gunnarsson. The supporters of B·K Leonardos Örnar booed when FC Näckan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Bergqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Bogdan Surdilă from long distance, 82 minutes into the match, got Knut Lundblad's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melker Wenerdahl got free with Knut Lundblad in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Erik Damm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 94 minutes, Adolf Lapp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. B·K Leonardos Örnar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adolf Lapp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adolf Lapp in the 97th minute of play forced FC Näckan's goalkeeper Knut Lundblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. B·K Leonardos Örnar's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
