With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jens-Åke Johnsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johannes Deckbergh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Hamnberg's late challenge caught a Prässebo BF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabian Hamnberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Gärds köpinge IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Hamnberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 14thth minute of the game Gösta Westerberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gärds köpinge IF's Jens-Åke Johnsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Erik Haeger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Hamnberg in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, Prässebo BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Barck to maneuver through the defense. When Freddie Torstensson came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Gärds köpinge IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Freddie Torstensson couldn't finish the play. When Vidar Biörling fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Prässebo BF's protests and gave Vidar Biörling a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Prässebo BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vidar Biörling to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Prässebo BF's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Deckbergh came free, but Erik Haeger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Hamnberg in the 33rd minute of play forced Prässebo BF's goalkeeper Erik Haeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Utfal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Jens-Åke Johnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 38 minutes, Johannes Deckbergh managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 40th minute Fabian Hamnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Haeger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jens-Åke Johnsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Westerberg in the 42nd minute of play. Erik Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabian Hamnberg in the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gösta Westerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Fabian Hamnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
