Radowit Mojsiewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stefan Boman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Radowit Mojsiewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

51 minutes into the match, Wernamo IK's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Bäckman came free, but Stefan Boman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alf Bäckman was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Radowit Mojsiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefan Boman having to interfere. If Alf Bäckman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Aleksander Björnberg sped through Wernamo IK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Stefan Boman. When BK Bollkontroll's Alf Bäckman in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. BK Bollkontroll's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
