Spectators: 5620 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 120) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Yngve Alebeck started the match with the kick off. Hassela's Eddie Kullander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Hassela from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yngve Alebeck in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Inge Kvick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute, Victor Browall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfons Örtendahl, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Yngve Alebeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Inge Kvick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yngve Alebeck struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Inge Kvick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hassela. Yngve Alebeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Kvick having to interfere. Inge Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yngve Alebeck in the 19th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Next Generation's Victor Browall got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Sakarias Stålberg struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Inge Kvick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hassela. The supporters of Hassela booed when Next Generation was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Stor didn't get a good kick on the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Next Generation's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Alebeck came free, but Inge Kvick reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Inge Kvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Alebeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Sven Billström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eddie Kullander was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Inge Kvick showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sakarias Stålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After the first half Hassela were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven Billström was the one to do the kick off. Inge Kvick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Alebeck in the 56th minute of play. In the 66th minute Peder Spets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eddie Kullander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 67 played minutes Hassela got a freekick which was hit by Jon Majman. Inge Kvick stood somewhat misplaced when Sakarias Stålberg came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 73 minute. In the 78th minute, Hassela's Yngve Alebeck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Eddie Kullander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Peder Spets, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Next Generation's zone, Sakarias Stålberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inge Kvick came out of the goal and Sakarias Stålberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Inge Kvick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngve Alebeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hassela's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
