Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aaron Melin started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Ölsremma IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viggo Julin to maneuver through the defense. In the 9th minute Kim Flinck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudolf Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Uddeholm's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Flinck came free, but Rudolf Jansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Uddeholm's goalkeeper Rudolf Jansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Flinck in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rudolf Jansson saved Uddeholm from getting behind. In the 24th match minute, Uddeholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Hök to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 25 minutes, Melker Öberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ölsremma IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Öberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven-Olof Wikander hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Rudolf Jansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melker Öberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Gunnarsson hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Patric Forsberg notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ölsremma IFK's Martin Lingren. Martin Lingren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patric Forsberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Martin Lingren made a huge save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melker Öberg to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Aaron Melin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Martin Lingren was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Ölsremma IFK's Martin Lingren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patric Forsberg in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Ölsremma IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Melin came free, but Martin Lingren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Ölsremma IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kaj Salqvist to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute of the match Tomas Vestlund sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Martin Lingren skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Uddeholm's Rudolf Jansson got control of the ball when Kim Flinck tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alexander Stenström kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Melin in the 74th minute of play forced Ölsremma IFK's goalkeeper Martin Lingren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd play minute Kim Flinck came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rudolf Jansson. 1-1. Martin Lingren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patric Forsberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patric Forsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Lingren having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tord Vennerlund during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Tord Vennerlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patric Forsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martin Lingren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Melin, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Kim Flinck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Rudolf Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
