Spectators: 7140 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 10) Klas Engman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Gästrike-hammarby's goal looked a bit too open when Jörn Nordström came free, but Sten Gustavsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute Klas Engman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guido Weihrich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörn Nordström in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sten Gustavsson saved Gästrike-hammarby from getting behind. Guido Weihrich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Hägert in the 10th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Klas Engman in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guido Weihrich prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sten Gustavsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörn Nordström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Gästrike-hammarby's Eric Alin got a free kick in the 15th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ulf Rydelius put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sten Gustavsson. 20 minutes into the game, Gästrike-hammarby's Fredrik Hägert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guido Weihrich made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Guido Weihrich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klas Engman, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Laisvall IFK's Guido Weihrich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klas Engman in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klas Engman in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guido Weihrich saved Laisvall IFK from getting behind. In the 32nd match minute, Laisvall IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Lundkvist to maneuver through the defense. Guido Weihrich took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klas Engman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Klas Engman in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guido Weihrich saved Laisvall IFK from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Klas Engman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Henric Lundkvist's late challenge caught a Gästrike-hammarby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henric Lundkvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th match minute, Laisvall IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Lundkvist to maneuver through the defense. Klas Engman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Weihrich having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Laisvall IFK's zone, Klas Engman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Weihrich came out of the goal and Klas Engman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Guido Weihrich stood somewhat misplaced when Fredrik Hägert came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 53 minute. Sten Gustavsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Rydelius in the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Laisvall IFK booed when Gästrike-hammarby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Alin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jörn Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredrik Hägert got free with Guido Weihrich in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Gästrike-hammarby's goal looked a bit too open when Jörn Nordström came free, but Sten Gustavsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Laisvall IFK's Ulf Rydelius got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Agne Häll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Ulf Rydelius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sten Gustavsson was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. If Klas Engman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Klas Engman had several of the Laisvall IFK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Guido Weihrich as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Klas Engman came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Gästrike-hammarby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Klas Engman couldn't finish the play. The Gästrike-hammarby players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
