Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jon Bergman got the match started through his kick off. After 4 minutes, Börje Gråberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hedemora FF and the Holmsjö IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Hedemora FF getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Börje Gråberg hit a great ball. Jens-Erik Sandström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvar Vacker in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute, Jon Bergman made a precise shot to the right of Bertil Nykvist. Holmsjö IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jens-Erik Sandström came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Holmsjö IFK's Marc Brask. But to his dismay, Marc Brask quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Holmsjö IFK's Jens-Åke Magnusson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jens-Erik Sandström. That made the score 2-1 after 21 minutes of play. Alvar Vacker kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Bertil Nykvist came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Hedemora FF's Harry Eliasson. But to his dismay, Harry Eliasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Bertil Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon Bergman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Holmsjö IFK's Bertil Nykvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Eliasson in the 36th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Alvar Vacker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th minute, Gianluca Vialli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th play minute Mark Siggesson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jens-Erik Sandström. 3-2. Gustaf Martinsson charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustaf Martinsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The long shot by Torbjörn Biörk in the 45th minute really tested Jens-Erik Sandström's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Mark Siggesson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jens-Erik Sandström made a huge save.

The wind increased when Jens-Åke Magnusson made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Harry Eliasson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hedemora FF's Jens-Erik Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Åke Magnusson in the 60th minute of play. Jens-Erik Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mark Siggesson in the 62nd minute of the match. After 66 played minutes Holmsjö IFK got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Vacker. In the 69th minute, Jon Bergman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Jon Bergman could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Bertil Nykvist however easily saved by the left post. Jon Bergmans short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Bertil Nykvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jens-Erik Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Siggesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Harry Eliasson scored 3-5 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bertil Nykvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
