A collision led to Sund IF getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Alexander Biörnberg hit a great ball. If Sebastian Bocklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sund IF's Ernst Eriksson got a free kick in the 10th minute. Andréas Rosén struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Folke Andersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Idkerberget. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Erik Vikström got free with Folke Andersson in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Sund IF defense, Sebastian Bocklund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Folke Andersson. The Sund IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Folke Andersson should have stopped the shot. Folke Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Bocklund in the 27th minute of the match. The supporters of Idkerberget booed when Sund IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Biörnberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sund IF's Folke Andersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils-Erik Vikström in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Idkerberget's Kjell Boberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After 35 played minutes Sund IF got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Drake. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastian Bocklund in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Andersson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nils-Erik Vikström in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Folke Andersson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ian Harman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Sigman having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sven-Erik Telin in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Drake was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingemar Stålman in the 52nd minute of play forced Sund IF's goalkeeper Folke Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludwig Sigman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Biörnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Johnny Öberg fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ludwig Sigman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Folke Andersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils-Erik Vikström in the 70th minute of play.
