After 3 minutes of play, Rottneros RK's Malcolm Aspengren made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isac Åberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 8th minute Karl-Axel Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Aspengren, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. A collision led to Båtresa FK getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Kåre Granberg hit a great ball. Malcolm Aspengren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Åberg having to interfere. Oskar Möller fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robin Svanberg having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Robin Dusett managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Båtresa FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robin Dusett was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute Jonny Lägdin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Rottneros RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Åke Lundhberg to maneuver through the defense. If Jonny Lägdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malcolm Aspengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Jonny Lägdin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rottneros RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonny Lägdin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isac Åberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Malcolm Aspengren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute Malcolm Aspengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Johannes Walroth charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Johannes Walroth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Svante Sjö got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Malcolm Aspengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonny Lägdin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Isac Åberg made a huge save. Isac Åberg was a little too slow when Malcolm Aspengren got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-2. If Jonny Lägdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes, Svante Sjö mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Båtresa FK and the Rottneros RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 76 played minutes Båtresa FK got a freekick which was hit by Svante Sjö. Jonny Lägdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Isac Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Rottneros RK booed when Båtresa FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kåre Granberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonny Lägdin came free with the goalkeeper in the 79th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Isac Åberg could save by the left post. Knut Lundgren hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Svante Sjö struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Robin Svanberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Båtresa FK. In the 85th match minute, Rottneros RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Holmgren to maneuver through the defense. Jonny Lägdin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Isac Åberg made a huge save. Isac Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Aspengren in the 90th minute of play. Rottneros RK's Jonny Lägdin got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 99thth minute of the game Malcolm Aspengren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Båtresa FK's Isac Åberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the final whistle sounded Rottneros RK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Båtresa FK.
