Ed BF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Kasper Bjursell scored to the left of an out of position Dick Söderqvist, making the score, 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Orresta IF's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Åkerman came free, but Eric Bergström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elliott Mattsson in the 10th minute of play forced Ed BF's goalkeeper Dick Söderqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dick Söderqvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elliott Mattsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. In the 14th minute, Börje Ståhlman reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dick Söderqvist. The goal made the score 3-0. Eric Bergström came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Ed BF's Iver Tapananda. But to his dismay, Iver Tapananda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 24th minute, Iver Tapananda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dick Söderqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Börje Ståhlman's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Iver Tapananda hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. A collision led to Ed BF getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Iver Tapananda hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Ed BF's goalkeeper Dick Söderqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Andreas Hultstrand. Roy Strömberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dick Söderqvist came out and tried to block the shot, but Roy Strömberg slotted it home off the left post making it 4-1 in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andreas Hultstrand got free with Dick Söderqvist in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Börje Ståhlman succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 6-1 in the 42nd playminute. Dick Söderqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kasper Bjursell went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Börje Ståhlman was the one to do the kick off. Philip Biörkman hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Dick Söderqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Ståhlman in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute Börje Ståhlman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dick Söderqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dick Söderqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börje Ståhlman went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Dick Söderqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roy Strömberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 78 minutes into the match, Ed BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Erik Ekeroth came free, but Dick Söderqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
