Carl Hedlund charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carl Hedlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Stråtjära IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Hedlund to maneuver through the defense. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 42 minutes into the match, Stråtjära IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Sune Smed came free, but Wilhelm Rönn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After some careless play in the Sweden Redbulls FC defense, Gustav Ahlbeck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oliver Ström. In the 62nd minute, Greger Kihlberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oliver Ström was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 65 minutes into the match, Sweden Redbulls FC's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Törnkvist came free, but Oliver Ström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sweden Redbulls FC's Oliver Ström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Kihlberg in the 66th minute of play. Björn Törnkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th match minute, Stråtjära IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Ahlbeck to maneuver through the defense. Gustaf Frykberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 90 minutes, Stig-Åke Olsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sweden Redbulls FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Åke Olsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Greger Kihlberg scored 3-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oliver Ström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
