Spectators: 7289 (Terracing: 5469, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Thomas Smedfeldt started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes into the match, Crystal Lake Guardians's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Qwinton came free, but Nils Hylander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leif Wester took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nils Hylander. Nils Hylander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 20th minute of the match, Thor Hägg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Joakim Wist was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Santiago Qwinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Hylander having to interfere. A hard, long distance shot from Santiago Qwinton flew over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Crystal Lake Guardians's Thomas Smedfeldt slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joakim Wist. That made the score 1-1 after 26 minutes of play. When Olle Dalgren fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Crystal Lake Guardians's protests and gave Olle Dalgren a yellow card for diving instead. Olle Dalgren hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After having played for 37 minutes, Josef Linquist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akkache's supporters crossed their fingers, but Josef Linquist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leif Wester received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Nils Hylander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 42 minutes into the game, Akkache's Leif Wester nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils Hylander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The Crystal Lake Guardians players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Akkache were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Leif Wester made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Akkache's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Smedfeldt came free, but Joakim Wist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Hägg in the 57th minute of play forced Akkache's goalkeeper Joakim Wist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Crystal Lake Guardians getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Bengt-Rune Pihlwall hit a great ball. Crystal Lake Guardians were furious when Isac Lövkvist was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 69th minute, Isac Lövkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Leif Wester's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nils Hylander was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Leif Wester in the 78thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nils Hylander, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 81 minutes into the game, Akkache's Sten Henriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nils Hylander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. 89 minutes into the match, Akkache's goal looked a bit too open when Thor Hägg came free, but Joakim Wist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nils Hylander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Quinten's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. When Thor Hägg came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Crystal Lake Guardians fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Thor Hägg couldn't finish the play.
