Lynn Fly dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lynn Fly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Trulsson in the 17th minute of the match. Jan-Erik Wennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erik Mellbad made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when William Lekberg sent off a good shot on target. Sten Lindgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 42nd minute, William Lekberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Erik Mellbad, passed just outside the right post. Karl-Oskar Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lynn Fly having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for William Lekberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Jan-Erik Wennersten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erik Mellbad having to make a save. William Lekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Mellbad having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Jan-Erik Wennersten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Pegazus FC's Jan-Erik Wennersten in 71 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Erik Mellbad guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Pegazus FC's Lynn Fly proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Pegazus FC from getting a goal against them. Pegazus FC's Jan-Erik Wennersten got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sten Lindgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Erik Mellbad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jan-Erik Wennersten came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Pegazus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Erik Wennersten couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bara Några Stockholmare's goalkeeper Erik Mellbad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the game, Karl-Oskar Kielstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Lynn Fly was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
