Spectators: 7090 (Terracing: 5388, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 50) Barsele IF's Torbjörn Jespersson started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, BEAST FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Engström came free, but Vilhelm Eriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BEAST FC's Vilhelm Eriksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joachim Jonsson in the 5th minute of play. When Torbjörn Jespersson got free in front of the goal in the 8th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Vilhelm Eriksson was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Barsele IF were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after BEAST FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jens-Ove Engström took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jens-Ove Engström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vilhelm Eriksson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Herman Bållström hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The supporters of BEAST FC booed when Barsele IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joachim Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute Joachim Jonsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Eriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Torbjörn Jespersson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Eriksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Örjan Bergfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Hugo Duset made the kick off in the second half. Bengt-Rune Bergvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Eriksson having to interfere. Torbjörn Jespersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joakim Springfält hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. If Jens-Ove Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the match, Barsele IF's Torbjörn Jespersson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vilhelm Eriksson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Felix Hagberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Hugo Duset shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orvar Ros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vilhelm Eriksson made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Svante Linqvist sent off a good shot on target. Örjan Bergfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the BEAST FC defense, Svante Linqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vilhelm Eriksson. The BEAST FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vilhelm Eriksson should have stopped the shot. Orvar Ros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Bållström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 75 minutes, Joachim Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barsele IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Jonsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Joachim Jonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barsele IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Joachim Jonsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vilhelm Eriksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt-Rune Bergvall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Torbjörn Jespersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had been going on for 84 minutes, Barsele IF's Jens-Ove Engström got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Vilhelm Eriksson. Torbjörn Jespersson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 89th playminute. Torbjörn Jespersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Vilhelm Eriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barsele IF played a much better game than BEAST FC and deserved their victory. The BEAST FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
