Spectators: 7226 (Terracing: 5421, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Per-Oskar Kinell started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, the hills's Charles Djamel got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Hannes Ödman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. the hills's John Vesterberg got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 17thth minute of the game John Vesterberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Platt Foot Boys's Ture Åkerström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Carl Britz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Kinell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Oskar Ekblom got free with Carl Britz in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 21 minutes, Carl Groth managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. the hills's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carl Groth was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the hills's Sten Albin in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Platt Foot Boys's goalie prevented a goal. After 24 played minutes Platt Foot Boys got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Frisck. After a defensive mix-up in Platt Foot Boys's zone, Sven-Arne Westerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ture Åkerström came out of the goal and Sven-Arne Westerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ture Åkerström came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by the hills's Carl Groth. But to his dismay, Carl Groth quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Erland Grönberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Åkerström having to interfere. Sven-Oskar Ekblom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Carl Britz made a huge save. In the 40th match minute, the hills was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Groth to maneuver through the defense. Per-Oskar Kinell might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carl Britz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Per-Oskar Kinell ran back to his position shaking his head.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sten Albin to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to the hills getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Harry Mickelsson hit a great ball. Platt Foot Boys's Sven-Oskar Ekblom got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Charles Djamel hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 58th minute, Robert Asklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anton Isaksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Britz having to interfere. After a rather tough play, the hills's Charles Djamel got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Folke Busk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ture Åkerström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. With a little luck, Platt Foot Boys's Ture Åkerström got control of the ball when John Vesterberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Platt Foot Boys's goalkeeper Ture Åkerström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harry Mickelsson. Sven-Arne Westerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Åkerström having to interfere. Sten Albin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Folke Busk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the game, Hannes Ödman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ture Åkerström. Hannes Ödman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustaf Frisck during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of the hills booed when Platt Foot Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustaf Frisck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hannes Ödman took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ture Åkerström. Ture Åkerström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Sten Albin put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Ture Åkerström. Sten Albin might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ture Åkerström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sten Albin ran back to his position shaking his head. If Sten Albin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. the hills's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
