Spectators: 6686 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 11) Rökå BK's Kennet Paulin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, one of Rökå BK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Rökå BK. The goalkeeper, Kjell-Arne Alefors, was totally fooled by Karlstad's Mikeldi Salz, who 4 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gösta Boberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Alefors having to interfere. Rökå BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Gösta Boberg scored to the left of an out of position Kjell-Arne Alefors, making the score, 2-0. Kjell-Arne Alefors was a little too slow when Gösta Boberg got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 3-0. Rökå BK's Kjell-Arne Alefors played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gösta Boberg in the 21st minute of play. After 26 played minutes Rökå BK got a freekick which was hit by Dick Cane. In the 27th match minute, Rökå BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Haegg to maneuver through the defense. Kjell-Arne Alefors was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Knut Alefors. Gösta Boberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell-Arne Alefors made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mikeldi Salz in the 34th minute. In the 52ndth minute of the game Gösta Boberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rökå BK's Kjell-Arne Alefors was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Máximo Ogazón made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harald Grep in the 56th minute of play. After 57 minutes, Gösta Boberg made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Rökå BK's Kjell-Arne Alefors tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 63 minutes into the game, Gösta Boberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karlstad's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rökå BK the free kick.
