Algot Melberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 7 minutes into the match, Lindome's goalkeeper Ture Aleberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gösta Vallengren. Algot Melberg came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ture Aleberg could save by the left post. 28 minutes into the match, Lindome's goal looked a bit too open when Johannes Åkesson came free, but Ture Aleberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 34 played minutes Luleå Kamraterna got a freekick which was hit by Richard Qvarnström. In the 35th minute of the match George Söderlund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mattias Ahlstedt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Lindome getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Johannes Bergkvist hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Luleå Kamraterna were awarded a corner. Richard Qvarnström went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Richard Qvarnström almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Lindome's Ture Aleberg did a great save. If Jarl Waller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarl Waller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ture Aleberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Gösta Vallengren struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ture Aleberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luleå Kamraterna. Ture Aleberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egon Burman in the 60th minute of the match. Algot Melberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ture Aleberg having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Jarl Waller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ture Aleberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gösta Vallengren in the 69th minute of play. Jörgen Fernkvist hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Algot Melberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lindome's Ture Aleberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gösta Vallengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
