Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Johannes Söderqwist kicked off to start the match. Sixten Fribäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Hedkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Karl-Axel Persson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johannes Söderqwist in the 6th minute of play. Kevin Biörnberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Karl-Axel Persson made a huge save. After a rather tough play, FC Borrbert's Ludvig Holmgren got a free kick in the 11th minute. With his leg Karl-Axel Persson managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Skoghall's Kevin Biörnberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 22ndth minute of the game Mats Hedkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skoghall's Sixten Fribäck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kevin Biörnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 28 minutes into the match, FC Borrbert's goal looked a bit too open when Vilgot Gustafsson came free, but Karl-Axel Persson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sune Bergren in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixten Fribäck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sune Bergren during the 33rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Johannes Söderqwist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kevin Biörnberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Karl-Axel Persson made a huge save. A collision led to Skoghall getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jörgen Almqvist hit a great ball. Johannes Söderqwist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Persson having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mats Hedkvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Sixten Fribäck didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 57th minute, which inside left pole to 0-1. In the 60th match minute, Skoghall was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Erserman to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Biörnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Axel Persson having to interfere. Skoghall's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kevin Biörnberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Borrbert's Rickard Vibjörnsson got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Johannes Söderqwist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Skoghall's Sixten Fribäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Hedkvist in the 82nd minute of play. When Johannes Söderqwist came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Skoghall fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Söderqwist couldn't finish the play. Kevin Biörnberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Skoghall's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mats Hedkvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Johannes Söderqwist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Persson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. FC Borrbert's Karl-Axel Persson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Biörnberg in the 95th minute of play. If Kevin Biörnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
