In the 24th minute Urban Löfgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kavlanda FC's Arvid Rolfsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reginald Orourke in the 27th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viggo Bogren got free with Arvid Rolfsson in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arvid Rolfsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfred Turek in the 32nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kavlanda FC's zone, Viggo Bogren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arvid Rolfsson came out of the goal and Viggo Bogren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arvid Rolfsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reginald Orourke in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urban Löfgren in the 41st minute of play forced Kärna's goalkeeper Ludvig Björk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Viggo Bogren was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Reginald Orourke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Arvid Rolfsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Kavlanda FC's Urban Löfgren slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ludvig Björk. That made the score 3-1 after 57 minutes of play. Ludvig Björk came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Kavlanda FC's Per-Erik Skark. But to his dismay, Per-Erik Skark quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Erik Skark got free with Ludvig Björk in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 71 minutes into the match, Per-Erik Skark had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludvig Björk. Kärna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Erik Skark was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. Ludvig Björk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Erik Skark went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-4 was the resulting score. Reginald Orourke took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arvid Rolfsson. Arvid Rolfsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-4. Per-Erik Skark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Ludvig Björk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute Sven Öberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludvig Björk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludvig Björk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urban Löfgren in the 90th minute of the match. With a little luck, Kärna's Ludvig Björk got control of the ball when Per-Erik Skark tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven Öberg got free with Ludvig Björk in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
