In the 8th minute Fritz Billberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Thorsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Torup's José Torrent slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Torsten Back. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vilgot Hökkvist to make the kick off. Magnus Thorsberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sivert Myr showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 53 minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Torup's goal looked a bit too open when Sivert Myr came free, but Magnus Thorsberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Torup fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fritz Billberg got free with Magnus Thorsberg in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Visseltofta RK were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Torup's much stronger midfield.
