Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Mikael Lidberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Jörgen Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johan Månsson having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Kim Lindsten managed to get in a good position for a shot. Storfors's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Lindsten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mattias Ånger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 12 minutes into the game, Erik Nordin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mattias Ånger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 15 minutes, Erik Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Storfors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Nordin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erik Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Nordin in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mattias Ånger prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mattias Ånger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernt Löfgren in the 30th minute of the match. When Storfors's Erik Nordin in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Holm's goalie prevented a goal. Bernt Löfgren scored 1-3 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mattias Ånger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jörgen Sjöberg was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Holm's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Mattias Ånger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Nordin's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Holm's Mattias Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Löfgren in the 43rd minute of play. After 45 minutes, Edvin Falkrans mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Storfors and the Holm players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Holm booed when Storfors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvin Falkrans didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48thth minute of the game Erik Nordin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Holm's Mattias Ånger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half Storfors were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvin Falkrans got free with Mattias Ånger in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute, Edvin Falkrans fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Mattias Ånger, passed just outside the right post. In the 55th minute, Johnny Öman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the game, Kim Lindsten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Mattias Ånger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edvin Falkrans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernt Löfgren scored 2-7 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mattias Ånger, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Bernt Löfgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-8. Mattias Ånger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
