Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Holm's Mikael Lidberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lagges Boys's Klas Rang got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sixten Tinglöf struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Mattias Ånger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lagges Boys. Harry Lang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Mattias Ånger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lagges Boys booed when Holm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Tingberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Mikael Lidberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Holm's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lagges Boys the free kick. In the 12th match minute, Holm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Lidberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th match minute, Holm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jack Falck to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 16 minutes, Stig Kihlman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lagges Boys's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig Kihlman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lagges Boys's Gustav Fribäck got a free kick in the 20th minute. After 23 played minutes, Holm's Jack Falck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maju Laurenciano came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Holm reached it. Lagges Boys's Maju Laurenciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Lagges Boys from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, Klas Rang notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Holm's Mattias Ånger. Mattias Ånger was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute, Harry Lang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Ånger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Holm were furious when Anders Burman was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Holm! The referee gave Lagges Boys a penalty, 37 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Stig Kihlman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Holm's Mattias Ånger. 0-3. Sixten Tinglöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Mattias Ånger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Johan Tönnberg shot from long distance in the 46th minute, but Maju Laurenciano was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Klas Rang made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixten Tinglöf in the 52nd minute of play forced Holm's goalkeeper Mattias Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Lang charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Lang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Lagges Boys got a freekick which was hit by Harry Lang. Stefan Nilsson made in the 55th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jörgen Sjöberg immediately put the ball in play. Harry Lang kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match, Sixten Tinglöf tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mattias Ånger saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Klas Rang might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mattias Ånger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Klas Rang ran back to his position shaking his head. Maju Laurenciano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Maju Laurenciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herbert Ferm in the 77th minute of the match. Herbert Ferm's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maju Laurenciano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Klas Rang was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lagges Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holm the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Ferm in the 88th minute of play forced Lagges Boys's goalkeeper Maju Laurenciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute, Roger Hellström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lagges Boys's Stig Kihlman shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 94th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mattias Ånger but with some difficulty. Lagges Boys's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
