Spectators: 7217 (Terracing: 5414, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Isac Fors kicked off to start the match. Viktor Lundqvist made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Niclas Kuse sent off a good shot on target. Ulf Hasselqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John Waller who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Viktor Lundqvist when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ulf Hasselqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Viktor Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niclas Kuse succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. After 16 played minutes, Harplinge's Peder Myr shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Folke Lange came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Harplinge reached it. John Wallers short, quick shot in the 20thth minute got Viktor Lundqvist to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Viktor Lundqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niclas Kuse went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Ulf Hasselqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viktor Lundqvist having to interfere. In the 36th minute, John Waller reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viktor Lundqvist. The goal made the score 3-0. Folke Lange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ture Brogren in the 42nd minute of the match. With his leg Viktor Lundqvist managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when MIlan's John Waller fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Niclas Kuse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Viktor Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Ulf Hasselqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Ulf Hasselqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Lundqvist was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niclas Kuse in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Viktor Lundqvist saved Harplinge from getting behind. In the 58th match minute, Harplinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ture Brogren to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute Niclas Kuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Lundqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Folke Lange made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isac Fors in the 64th minute of play. Viktor Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulf Hasselqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ture Brogren got free with Folke Lange in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th match minute, MIlan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesper Jakobsson to maneuver through the defense. When Ture Brogren fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harplinge's protests and gave Ture Brogren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Ture Brogren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Karl-Ove Sigfridsson during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some careless play in the Harplinge defense, Niclas Kuse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viktor Lundqvist. The Harplinge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viktor Lundqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 97th minute, Niclas Kuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
