Daniel Bock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Rudolf Pettersson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Rudolf Ahlrot charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rudolf Ahlrot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Virserum made a substitution. Jerry Mellin replaced Allan Hellqvist. Rudolf Ahlrot kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Koppom's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Ålberg came free, but Daniel Bock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Björn Ekenberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 21 minutes into the match. Örjan Harlén came free in the 62nd minute and tried to tip the ball over Rudolf Pettersson, but to the joy of Virserum's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Koppom's Daniel Bock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Ålberg in the 66th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Örjan Harlén who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Virserum's Rudolf Pettersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jerry Mellin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Koppom getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Per-Åke Edström hit a great ball. Allan Hägglund could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Daniel Bock made a huge save. Daniel Ålberg hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. After 94 played minutes Virserum got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Ålberg. The Koppom players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
