Robin Ek's late challenge caught a Hökerum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Robin Ek helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Åmål FF getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Robin Ek hit a great ball. When Zebastian Olofsson fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hökerum's protests and gave Zebastian Olofsson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Zebastian Olofsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingvar Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Dahlbom, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Söderström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Olofsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. If Martin Moberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes of play, Åmål FF's Isac Rydelius made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gösta Telin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 76 minutes into the game, Karl-Johan Pilberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1.
