In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bror IF's goalkeeper Patric Ennegren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Gösta Viklund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Patric Ennegren was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gösta Viklund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Patric Ennegren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gösta Viklund in the 52nd minute of the match. If Gösta Viklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Kjell-Arne Lundin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patric Ennegren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 67thth minute of the game Gösta Viklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bror IF's Patric Ennegren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Bror IF's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Viklund came free, but Patric Ennegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arvid Mattsson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Arvid Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sören Stenman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl-Michael Brask hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Bror IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. AdisFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
