Ted Vesterberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esbjörn Dahlberg in the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Furudal booed when JFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Olof Hedberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivar Fransson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. When Nils Stål fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JFC's protests and gave Nils Stål a yellow card for diving instead. Nils Stål hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 17th match minute, Furudal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rasmus Ingvall to maneuver through the defense. Ted Vesterberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esbjörn Dahlberg's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esbjörn Dahlberg to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, JFC's Esbjörn Dahlberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ted Vesterberg. Ted Vesterberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. After 61 minutes, Rasmus Ingvall mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Furudal and the JFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rasmus Ingvall hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ronny Trillkott struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Ted Vesterberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for JFC. Furudal's Ted Vesterberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esbjörn Dahlberg in the 65th minute of play. With a little luck, Furudal's Ted Vesterberg got control of the ball when Esbjörn Dahlberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Furudal booed when JFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arman Hagström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mark-André Herdzik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Hagström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ted Vesterberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After 81st play minutes Esbjörn Dahlberg shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Ted Vesterberg and just under the crossbar into goal. After 93 played minutes Furudal got a freekick which was hit by Per Hegg. The audience was convinced that Esbjörn Dahlberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ted Vesterberg was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded JFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Furudal.
