Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Egon Andreasson started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Ellös was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Vallin to maneuver through the defense. Lennart Hansson scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stig-Arne Drake, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Calle Viberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Rudolf Månsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Uggstedt lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Malcolm Albom, 14 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Stig-Arne Drake showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zebastian Blomkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Västerlanda IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Calle Viberg came free, but Rudolf Månsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stig-Arne Drake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Hansson in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joachim Brovall got free with Rudolf Månsson in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rudolf Månsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Max Wester in the 32nd minute. Rudolf Månsson came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Ellös's Calle Viberg. But to his dismay, Calle Viberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Stig-Arne Drake showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Blomkvist in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Lennart Hansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stig-Arne Drake saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Calle Viberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Calle Viberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Rudolf Månsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marko Vallin charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marko Vallin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th match minute, Ellös was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Vallin to maneuver through the defense. Västerlanda IFK's Rudolf Månsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Calle Viberg in the 61st minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Max Wester had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rudolf Månsson. Västerlanda IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Max Wester was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Ellös's Stig-Arne Drake proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Ellös from getting a goal against them. Zebastian Blomkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 73rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Stig-Arne Drake. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zebastian Blomkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. After 75 minutes of play, Ellös's Calle Viberg made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rudolf Månsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 79 minutes, Zebastian Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Västerlanda IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zebastian Blomkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ellös's Calle Viberg in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Västerlanda IFK's goalie prevented a goal. Ellös were awarded a corner in the 85th minute after Västerlanda IFK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Malcolm Albom took the corner. If Calle Viberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94thth minute of the game Calle Viberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Västerlanda IFK's Rudolf Månsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ellös's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
