FC Lundagård's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonny Bergvall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mark Bergqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Börje Hamberg charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Börje Hamberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Erling Vollander came out of the goal and Mark Bergqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mark Bergqvist in the 37th minute of play forced Vallberga BF's goalkeeper Erling Vollander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Vallberga BF defense, Mark Bergqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erling Vollander. The Vallberga BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erling Vollander should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Jonny Bergvall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 44 in the game by Daniel Backlund from a close distance when the talented Bo-Erik Salqvist managed to make a qualified save. FC Lundagård's players were relieved. Kjell Öberg hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Löfgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kjell Öberg kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
