Konrad Eckegren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the match, Östra Frölunda's goal looked a bit too open when Tonete Lecubarri came free, but Karl Brogren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sjötofta's Konrad Eckegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Sjötofta from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Leonard Arvidsson took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Konrad Eckegren to make any attempt to save it. Thomas Alfors blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Konrad Eckegren having to make a save. Konrad Eckegren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Alfors went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. If Thomas Alfors had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Östra Frölunda's Karl Brogren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tonete Lecubarri in the 28th minute of play. Tonete Lecubarri kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Thomas Alfors could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Konrad Eckegren made a huge save. Konrad Eckegren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Konrad Eckegren made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Thomas Alfors sent off a good shot on target. Karl Brogren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tonete Lecubarri in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute Sjötofta were awarded a corner. Olof Kilstedt went to the cornerflag to take it. Sjötofta's Olof Kilstedt was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karl Brogren in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 45th minute, Leonard Arvidsson made a precise shot to the right of Konrad Eckegren. Sjötofta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
Konrad Eckegren came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Östra Frölunda's Thomas Alfors. But to his dismay, Thomas Alfors quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After 54 played minutes Östra Frölunda got a freekick which was hit by Josef Granström. Karl Brogren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Sjötofta's Olof Kilstedt shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Tonete Lecubarri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl Brogren. Östra Frölunda's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Leonard Arvidsson notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Sjötofta's Konrad Eckegren. Konrad Eckegren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kasper Pettersson hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Konrad Eckegren was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-1. In the 88thth minute of the game Thomas Alfors who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sjötofta's Konrad Eckegren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Thomas Alfors shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konrad Eckegren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Sjötofta's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Martinsson came free, but Konrad Eckegren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Östra Frölunda were the better team. Östra Frölunda's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
