Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) AS Catenaccio di Skåne's Ernst Asklöv started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, AS Catenaccio di Skåne's Daniel Ek got a free kick in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Pihlwall in the 14th minute of play forced AS Catenaccio di Skåne's goalkeeper Harry Stålman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christoffer Lind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isac Gustafsson having to interfere. Egon Skröder kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Harry Stålman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils Bergman in the 24th minute of the match. Edvard Kruuse charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edvard Kruuse the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, Djurgårdens IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvard Kruuse to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the game, Mårten Påk recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Harry Stålman. Mårten Påk showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Harry Stålman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mårten Påk in the 47th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to AS Catenaccio di Skåne getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ingvar Vesterberg hit a great ball. Herman Karlberg hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Christoffer Lind's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Isac Gustafsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. In a very dangerous position, a player in Djurgårdens IF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! In the 82nd minute, Mårten Påk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Stålman was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If Mårten Påk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christer Berglund took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 98th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Harry Stålman. AS Catenaccio di Skåne's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the AS Catenaccio di Skåne players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Djurgårdens IF.
