In the 11th minute, Gustaf Eriksson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ove Asklöv was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Arvid Qvalfeldt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ove Asklöv having to interfere. In the 15th minute, Adrian Örtendahl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agne Wennersten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Valrot in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute of the match, Alfons Ljungberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Agne Wennersten saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a rather tough play, Farmorsfarfar's Nils Boberg got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Valrot got free with Agne Wennersten in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Gustaf Eriksson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ove Asklöv. Rentjärn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gustaf Eriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Arvid Qvalfeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Gustaf Eriksson made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Gustaf Eriksson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ove Asklöv. Gustaf Eriksson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvid Qvalfeldt in the 55th minute of play forced Rentjärn's goalkeeper Ove Asklöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 57 played minutes Farmorsfarfar's Gustaf Eriksson stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Ove Asklöv stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Rentjärn of the goal. Ove Asklöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Qvalfeldt in the 62nd minute of play. If Gustaf Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. Adrian Örtendahl charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adrian Örtendahl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Adrian Örtendahl hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Gustaf Eriksson struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ove Asklöv didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Farmorsfarfar. After 79 played minutes Farmorsfarfar got a freekick which was hit by Arvid Qvalfeldt. After 80 played minutes Rentjärn got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Örtendahl. Ove Asklöv made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arvid Qvalfeldt in the 83rd minute of play. Ove Asklöv made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Gustaf Eriksson sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Rentjärn getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Oscar Valrot hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Rentjärn's Joacim Torstensson got a free kick in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Gustaf Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Farmorsfarfar's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustaf Eriksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ove Asklöv breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Agne Wennersten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfons Ljungberg in the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Farmorsfarfar left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rentjärn.
