Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Brian Petersson to make the kick off. With a little luck, Ilsbo FF's Edgard Bihar got control of the ball when Oskar Askelöf tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Edgard Bihar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 1-4 became the score in the 79th minute when Niclas Öberg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Paul Thedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Åkersberga FK's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Tolsson came free, but Tor Magnusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Åkersberga FK's Tor Magnusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paul Thedin in the 90th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Niclas Öberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Edgard Bihar to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Åkersberga FK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
