In the 16th minute, Stig Henriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Norums BK's Dag Bengtsson got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Norums BK booed when Haväng IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Johansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atanas Kamarashki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Winström in the 25th minute of the match. Alfons Björck's late challenge caught a Norums BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfons Björck helped the player get up and apologised. With his leg Petter Stolpe managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Norums BK's Stig Henriksson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Stig Henriksson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Petter Stolpe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Fredric Bergkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atanas Kamarashki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Lustig in the 37th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dag Bengtsson during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Norums BK got a freekick which was hit by Dag Bengtsson. After 47 played minutes Norums BK got a freekick which was hit by Simon Jönsson.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stig Henriksson to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Norums BK's Stig Henriksson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petter Stolpe made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 58 minutes, Stig Henriksson made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Haväng IF's Petter Stolpe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fredric Bergkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petter Stolpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Henriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Stig Henriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petter Stolpe having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Norums BK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
