Liverpool FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Melker Lund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Erik Gunnarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Olof Stenqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sven-Erik Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melker Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Erik Gunnarsson having to interfere. Melker Lund struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Sven-Erik Gunnarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool FC. The audience was convinced that Melker Lund's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sven-Erik Gunnarsson was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Melker Lund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sven-Erik Gunnarsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Melker Lund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 42nd minute. The Liverpool FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rampage FF were winning 1-2.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rampage FF's goalkeeper Sven-Erik Gunnarsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Liverpool FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Eric Holmgren 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. Eric Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingvar Skarkman having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Stenqvist in the 67th minute of play forced Rampage FF's goalkeeper Sven-Erik Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olof Stenqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Erik Gunnarsson having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Rampage FF's goal looked a bit too open when Olof Stenqvist came free, but Sven-Erik Gunnarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Melker Lund put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Sven-Erik Gunnarsson. After a defensive mix-up in Rampage FF's zone, Melker Lund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Erik Gunnarsson came out of the goal and Melker Lund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Liverpool FC's Niclas Gregersson got a free kick in the 81st minute. Sven-Arne Holmberg let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 85th minute shot 2-4 at rihgt post. Sven-Erik Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Stenqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute.
