Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Melker Lund took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ludwig Kiempe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olof Stenqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 14th minute Melker Lund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ludwig Kiempe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludwig Kiempe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olof Stenqvist in the 15th minute of the match. The corner ended in Björn Myhr almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rubin FC's Ludwig Kiempe did a great save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Olof Stenqvist in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ludwig Kiempe saved Rubin FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Stenqvist in the 27th minute of play forced Rubin FC's goalkeeper Ludwig Kiempe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludwig Kiempe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Stenqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melker Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Kiempe having to interfere. If Olof Stenqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Melker Lund ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ludwig Kiempe was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melker Lund in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludwig Kiempe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 44 minutes, Melker Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liverpool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Lund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jonas Abrahamsson made a kick off. Kjell Hellgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olof Stenqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Kiempe having to interfere. A collision led to Rubin FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Jonas Abrahamsson hit a great ball. Olof Stenqvist struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Ludwig Kiempe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Liverpool FC. Thanks to some nice moves Bo Wester could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Ludwig Kiempe however easily saved by the left post. After 61 minutes of play, Liverpool FC's Olof Stenqvist made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ludwig Kiempe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Rubin FC's zone, Olof Stenqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ludwig Kiempe came out of the goal and Olof Stenqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melker Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ludwig Kiempe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Lund in the 70th minute of the match. Ludwig Kiempe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olof Stenqvist in the 72nd minute. Olof Stenqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ludwig Kiempe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Rubin FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Abrahamsson. If Melker Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Melker Lund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Rubin FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ralf Grönlund hit a great ball. Ludwig Kiempe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melker Lund's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Melker Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ludwig Kiempe having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Liverpool FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Rubin FC.
