The crowd rose to their feet as FC Barcelona's Kjell Martinsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Matthias Gregersson. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. If Vilhelm Hääger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gökböle BK's goalkeeper Matthias Gregersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Martinsson in the 83rd minute of play forced Gökböle BK's goalkeeper Matthias Gregersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Jan Harman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Påk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christian Clementsson's late challenge caught a Gökböle BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
