56 minutes into the game, Vidar Danielsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Markus Ahlfors was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute, Valentin Lekberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Benjamin Fernkvist came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Riverside fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Fernkvist couldn't finish the play. In the 75thth minute of the game Benjamin Fernkvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kippybabes's Markus Ahlfors was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute Benjamin Fernkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Markus Ahlfors saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vidar Danielsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Markus Ahlfors. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vidar Danielsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Riverside's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
