In the 36th minute Per Klemensson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Billström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Klemensson was the one to do the kick off. Eskil Stenman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Börje Walmarsson in the 86th minute of the match. Die Mannschaft's Eskil Stenman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennart Ekman in the 88th minute of play. The BK Dykardoja fans' excitement grew in the 90th match minute when BK Dykardoja's Lennart Ekman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. John Sjöö kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Die Mannschaft's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
