Mårten Giliusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Jonsson in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th match minute, Mellbystrand SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Nyqvist to maneuver through the defense. Christoffer Jonsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ulf Näver fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skrillex FC's protests and gave Ulf Näver a yellow card for diving instead. Ulf Näver hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Vincent Kjellqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mårten Giliusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Johan Billvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mellbystrand SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Johan Billvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harry Ahlbeck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Johan Billvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, André Ambjörnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Ambjörnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harry Ahlbeck having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skrillex FC's zone, Johan Billvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harry Ahlbeck came out of the goal and Johan Billvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95thth minute of the game Johan Billvall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skrillex FC's Harry Ahlbeck was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christoffer Jonsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Mårten Giliusson made a huge save.
