Spectators: 7250 (Terracing: 5473, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nils Drewitz started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Börje Brandt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 8th match minute, Kan ja löve BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Johansson to maneuver through the defense. Mikael Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Malcolm Kielberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikael Nyström in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute Mikael Nyström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malcolm Kielberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Max Mossberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rune Aleberg made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Max Mossberg sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 33 minutes, Mikael Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kan ja löve BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Börje Brandt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mikael Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Malcolm Kielberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rune Aleberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nils Drewitz's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Max Mossberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Max Mossberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Aleberg having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Börje Brandt made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Börje Brandt in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malcolm Kielberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mikael Nyström came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Kan ja löve BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mikael Nyström couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Drewitz in the 58th minute of play forced Kan ja löve BK's goalkeeper Rune Aleberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rune Aleberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Drewitz in the 59th minute of play. If Nils Drewitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Morgan Hellqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Mikael Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
